UNICjob will recruit and rent out skilled seasonal workers for farming and agricultural work. It is both for work during springtime, harvesting or regular farm work. Animal care, berry picking, vegetable growing, maintenance or anything else. We can also provide more competent candidates with higher education for permanent positions.

Our candidates are selected from our computer database or through posted ads in major countries. We also work through our own offices and cooperating agents in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Croatia and Bulgaria.

After a search and selection process, we present an interview and profile of the candidate with background information, references and picture. So far in the process, this service is free of charge.

We invoice once a month and the agreed price includes salary, tax, payroll tax, holiday compensation and the markup for UNICjob. We will take care of all the back-office work so you can concentrate on production. This is highly flexible and also cost saving for you. However we depend upon our clients to help out with accommodation and the candidate will pay normal market price for that.

Checking and searching for workers via UNICjob is cost free until we have signed an agreement.
