Finding candidates
During thorough communication with you we detect your expectations and requirements for the candidates such as language qualifications, education, need for experience etc. We also use your website and general impression from your local community to create a solid background for the job and description
• First we make a search through our large database for qualified candidates
• We will also post ads in interesting media to attract new applicants. This does not include any cost for you.
• When selecting candidates a personal interview is done in addition to checking at least two references
• The candidate will then be presented to you on a four-page presentation including picture, background, education, experience, references etc. In addition you will also receive a self-evaluation form with further details on the candidate
• As soon as you have accepted one candidate, the contract is signed and we assist with transport and tickets
• You can then relax and just look forward to meeting the worker at the nearest bus- or train station at an agreed time.
• No costs are inflicted upon you before the candidate is actually starting to work
