Hiring candidates

The workers are employed by UNIC Management OÜ in Tallinn but are under the hiring company’s control, management and instruction. This company will also have the main responsibility of coordinating the “HMS” routines (Health, Environment and Security).

UNICjob is responsible for paying and processing the salary and tax in addition to arranging all documents, stay permits, tax card and having a Norwegian Workman’s Compensation Insurance (Yrkesskadeforsikring) as an addition to the Norwegian Social Security.

During working time in Norway, all our workers are under the Norwegian National Insurance Scheme or Social Security (Trygdesystemet). In case of illness or accidents, the workers are receiving the same service as other Norwegian citizens.

The normal hiring period is from 2 – 6 months, but can also be shorter or longer up to several years. The working schedule and time follows Norwegian regulations and are normally 154 or 162 hours per month (35,5 hours or 37,5 hours per week).

Hiring workers from UNICjob is meant to give you less job and less risk, leaving all the administrative work to us. In case of a miss-match, we will try to help solving the problems or in worst case reallocate or replace the worker.
