Hiring employees from UNICjob is a smart and efficient way of solving the staffing for the high season or just to replace a vacancy. Normally an assignment lasts for 2 – 6 months but we are also able to support shorter and longer periods. Our candidates are highly motivated for working in Norway, they all communicate well in English and occasionally we also have workers that speak one of the Scandinavian languages.
We invoice once a month and the agreed price includes salary, tax, payroll tax, holiday compensation and the markup for UNICjob. We will take care of all the back-office work so you can concentrate on production and guests. This is highly flexible and also cost saving for you. However we depend upon our clients to help out with accommodation and the candidate will pay normal market price for that.
We supply cooks and other kitchen personnel, hotel attendants, waters/waitresses, headwaiters, bartenders, reception/night watch, housekeepers, SPA-attendants, handy men, piccolos and more.
