The length of an assignment is normally between 3 and 6 months.

The employment contract will be signed by UNICjob in Estonia. UNICjob will be responsible for legal matters, registrations, salary payments and helping out with related tax issues. UNICjob also helps with arranging accommodation and travel when necessary.

All practical things related to daily work, instructions on tasks, fulfillment and the supervision of the work will be managed by the hiring company in Norway.
