UNICjob is recruiting and hiring workers for different industries in Norway.

While working in Norway, the employee is acting as a "service provider", employed by UNICjob in Estonia/EU and hired by a Norwegian company to perform the work and services agreed for a certain period.

UNIC Management OÜ (UNICjob) is the juridical employer and the employment contract will be signed by us, while the Norwegian hiring company will follow up on a daily basis regarding the work itself, supply tools and give instructions and perform control to the employee. The hiring company will also be responsible for the work safety and that Norwegian regulations are followed on a daily basis.

Any transport to the working place can be arranged individually or by UNICjob.

The monthly salary payments and income tax deductions for Norway are handled by UNICjob as well as all official reporting. UNICjob arranges and advises the employee on all legal documents necessary in order to work in Norway.

In case of problems while in Norway, UNICjob serve as a reliable and trustworthy employer seeking to assist and help solving any problems. Through our Norwegian representative we also have firsthand knowledge of important issues in Norway.

If the employee has any questions or hesitations - either regarding transport, ID-check, salary payments, employment contract, permit to stay, etc he or she is always welcome to contact UNICjob for help or assistance.

If there should be a miss-match or serious problems between our employee and the hiring company, UNICjob will try to solve the situation or in worst case try to reallocate the worker to another place of work if possible.
